Why ClearFund exists, and who’s behind it.
ClearFund was created for those who are building credibility for themselves or their organization, allowing full transparency, connecting the dots between every donation and expense.
Donors get to know exactly what was funded and by whom, while organizers are able to easily add and track expenses. Everyone wins.
A donation arrives and lands in a category. An expense gets submitted from a phone with a photo of the receipt attached. Someone approves it. Both appear on a page anyone can read, and both are hash-chained into a ledger as they happen, so the history can be shown to have gone unaltered. You can try to break one of those chains yourself.
None of that requires anyone to email a spreadsheet, and none of it waits for an annual report.
It doesn’t take payments. Collection stays with GiveWP, MissionWP, or whatever you already use — ClearFund records where the money was allocated and where it went. It also doesn’t send your data anywhere: every optional integration is off until you turn it on.
